lyrics
We're born, in a land of ancient roots,
Where tradition rules and freedom eludes
we are the ones, who won't be tamed,
We'll break the chains and light the flame
We are the rebels, we are the outcasts,
The ones who won't bow down to the past.
They say we're too loud, too wild, controlled
We'll fight for our rights, we'll stand up and rise
We are the ones, who won't be tamed,
We'll break the chains and light the flame
We are the rebels, we are the outcasts,
The ones who won't, bow down to the past
We are the rebels, we are the outcasts,
The ones who won't bow down to the past
We'll fight for our rights
we'll stand up and fight
They say we're too loud, too wild, too free,
But we won't let them control what we see
We'll rise up against the corrupt elite,
And tear down the walls of their deceit
We are the rebels, we are the outcasts,
The ones who won't bow down to the past
We'll fight for our rights, we'll stand up and fight,
We are the future, we are the light
We'll break the chains, we'll break the walls,
We'll make our voices heard, answer the call

This might be the band that displaces Metallica as my favorite heavy metal band! It's heavy and has social commentary, which are my two favorite things in music. flannel_bear
If this came through your feed, you're probably like "Way to go dumbass... You didn't have this shit already??" 😂🤣
I'll have you know I am buying this album once again (for like, what? the 4th time??) to pick up the new sick "sea blue gel" vinyl variant of this modern classic. Jfc Earache Records still knows how to grab my money, even after all these years haha. Have a feeling "Hiss" will be near the top of my Albums of the Decade list when all is said and done. What an absolute masterpiece. bcb723
